Investment in the implementation of an e-commerce model at UAB “Žalia linija”
UAB “Žalia linija” is an advertising agency. The company’s services include branding, graphic design, corporate design, website development and corporate social responsibility project development. By creating and developing brands, UAB “Žalia linija” implements the clients’ business ideas and establishes their long-term competitive advantage. In order to increase its efficiency and sales volumes, UAB “Žalia linija” is implementing the project “Investment in the implementation of an e-commerce model at UAB “Žalia linija”. The project is implemented under the “E-commerce model COVID-19” measure co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.A total of EUR 49,425.00 was allocated from the European Regional Development Fund for the implementation of the project. The total value of the project is EUR 65,900.00. An e-commerce system with an integrated resource management system will be implemented.The project started on 18 February 2022 and will be completed by 17 February 2023.The implementation of an e-commerce system with an integrated resource management system will allow UAB “Žalia linija” to remain among the strongest advertising agencies, promote the company’s economic growth and increase its resilience due to the impact of restrictions on business during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, these solutions will allow the company to conclude sales transactions remotely, protecting both its employees and customers. UAB “Žalia linija” operates in a growing market, so the implementation of the project will also contribute to increasing internet penetration of the company and the number of potential customers, and the improvement of the quality of services through availability.The implementation of e-commerce solutions means maximum optimisation of the work process, time cost reduction, easy access to high quality results and human error reduction. These project results will serve both during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and in the post-pandemic period. The increase in productivity and sales volumes of UAB “Žalia linija” resulting from the project will increase profitability, which is a prerequisite for the long-term development of the company.
